Covid-19 Restrictions
Please note that our studio is temporarily closed while we move into our new space. Due to Level 5 restrictions currently in place, we cannot run any studio classes but you can access our online platform "FLOW" instead. Just click on the classes tab above and select online classes.
Navé Yoga Classes
With this as the foundation of all of our classes, we teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and we are also focused on Pregnancy Yoga, and Kids Yoga.
Personal yoga instruction is also available on request.

What do I do before my first class?
- Chose the class that you would like to attend from the list below and book in by downloading the Navé Yoga App from the App Store or Google Play.
- Arrive 10-15 minutes before start time and notify the teacher of any injuries, medical conditions or other information that you think we should know.
- Ensure you bring your own yoga mat and any props you need. Bring a small towel and a bottle of water.
- Try not to eat anything heavy up to two hours before class starts.
- Come to the studio, check in at the desk and enjoy your class!

Vinyasa 1
This class is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of vinyasa yoga.
Vinyasa 2
This is a flowing class which incorporates standing poses, balances, forward bends, backbends, twists, hip openers and inversions.
The body is kept moving and generating heat throughout the class. This class includes standing poses, inversions, backbends and arm balances. Expect to work up a good sweat in this a class!This class is more dynamic than Vinyasa 1.
Vinyasa 3
This class focuses on upper body and core strength through a dynamic combination of strength, balance and flow.
The body is kept moving and generating heat throughout the class. This class includes standing poses, inversions, backbends and arm balances. Expect to work up a good sweat in this a class!
Vinyasa 1
This class is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of vinyasa yoga.
Vinyasa 2
This is a flowing class which incorporates standing poses, balances, forward bends, backbends, twists, hip openers and inversions.

Hatha Yoga
This class includes standing and seated postures, backbends and inversions
This class has less flow than our vinyasa classes. Experienced practitioners can benefit from this slower, back to basics class where extra focus can be placed on alignment. This is also a good place for beginners to start.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a practice that brings you towards a healing and recuperative experience, soothing the nervous system and deepening self awareness.
A restorative practice relies on the use of props and the prolonged holding of a few simple poses to achievie a deep level of relaxation. Expect to feel completely blissed out after a restorative class.


Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is an excellent way to balance a more dynamic ‘yang’ yoga practice.
Yin Yoga is a deep practice with long holds in postures that releases tension and nourishes the body’s connective tissue. Yin Yoga balances the body’s energy channels and helps maintain healthy joints. Circulation is increased and flexibility enhanced. An excellent compliment to other yoga practices and exercise. Suitable for beginners.

Private Yoga Sessions
There are times when it is appropriate to consider private yoga classes, such as if you are just starting to practice.
If you are recovering from injury, surgery or illness, are seeking to move past plateaus in your practice or are feeling “stuck”, wish to work more deeply on a particular area of your practice, or if you are uncomfortable in a class setting and wish to practice privately, you should consider our private yoga classes.
Our Private Yoga Sessions are tailored specifically to suit your needs. In the session you will receive hands on adjustments and specific guidance to enable you to further your yoga practice.
We have daily availability, including, morning, daytime, evenings and weekends. We also offer group sessions, which may be you and a friend or partner or you and a group of others (family, work colleagues, sporting friends, etc). Please contact us for private group pricing. Private yoga takes place at the studio, or we can come to you if needed.
Mom & Baby Yoga
Connect with your baby through yoga and breathwork.

Yoga for Mom and Yoga for Baby.
Yoga for your baby is a special sequence of movements that assist in your baby’s postural development from lying to walking. Baby yoga can assist digestion and circulation, and can help with wind and colic. Baby yoga can help to relax your baby and encourage better sleep.
- Rebuild strength and tone back in your body after childbirth in a safe and effective way – find strength from the inside out.
- Strengthen your pelvic floor, abdomen, legs and back.
- Release tension in your neck, shoulders and arms.
- Learn basic baby massage techniques.
This class will allow you to connect with other mums in a supportive and nurturing environment.
The course is for babies from 6 weeks old up until the crawling stage. Not suitable for crawlers.

Pregnancy Yoga
Pregnancy yoga is a wonderful way to connect with your baby through breath and meditation while also strengthening the legs, upper body and hips through postures designed for pregnancy and to enhance the birthing experience.
The class focuses on hip openers, leg strengthening exercises and pelvis stabilising exercises. We recommend starting this class after 12 weeks of pregnancy.
Pregnancy yoga runs every Monday at 6:45pm. Book on the Navé App under schedule.

Kids Yoga
Our current children’s yoga classes run every Monday.
The 4-7 year old class is on at 3:30pm and 8-12 year olds at 4:30pm. Our current term runs until 7th April 2025.
Next Term 28th April until 23rd June (excluding bank holidays).
The cost is €79 for 7 weeks.
Kids Yoga improves flexibility and fine motor skills, boosts self- esteem and confidence, teaches children to cope with stress and worry from an early age, is completely non competitive and lots and lots of fun!
