Bookings
All classes must be booked in advance. Walk ins cannot be accepted.
Bookings can be made online via www.naveyoga.com or via the Navé Yoga App. If you cannot get online, you can book by texting us on 087 260 1624.
Billing
All memberships are recurring and auto renew monthly. You are billed monthly in advance for your membership.
No refunds can be given under any circumstances for partial attendance, please do not ask as this request will be denied.
With each membership you can attend a certain number of classes per month, your month begins on your payment date.
Attending Class
You must arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time.
In the unlikely event that you arrive late you must wait until opening shavasana or pranayama is finished.
Please do not enter the studio while shavasana or pranayama is in practice.
On entry you must check into class on the iPad. Your own mat is required. Nave Yoga supplies props but you can bring your own if you wish.
There are no outdoor shoes allowed on studio floor. Shoes must be removed on entry. If you need to use the toilet you will need to bring your shoes to the other side of the studio in your hand and put them on when using the toilet.
You are expected to stay until the end of class.
Our Cancellation for Classes Policy
Navé Yoga operates a 3-hour cancellation policy (24 hours for private sessions).
If you cancel a class outside of this 3-hour window (24 hour window for private sessions) this will be counted as one of your visits.
You can cancel online via the the Navé Yoga app/website or by contacting us here on 087 260 1624.
A no show for a class is counted as a visit. Nave Yoga may cancel a class if there are less than 3 students booked into the class. This cancellation will happen no later than 3 hours before the class is due to begin and you will be notified via text message of the cancellation.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all contact information is up to date on Mindbody.
Our Cancellation of Membership Policy
Membership can be cancelled here online but must be done at least 14 days before your due renewal payment date.
It is your responsibility to cancel your membership should you wish to do so. Cancellation cannot be made via text, or other messaging forms, it can only be done as above. If membership is cancelled within 14 days.of the next payment due date, that payment will be charged.
Our Pause on Membership Policy
Memberships can be paused once in a 6 month period for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks.
This must be done in advance of the pause date and can be done here online.
Studio Closures
On the following dates in 2025, Navé Yoga will be closed as the studio is used for racing purposes.
On these dates you will have full access to our online Platform Flow. Details on how to access Flow are sent via email. You can also contact 087 260 1624 for this information.
There will be no refunds for the closure of studio on these dates.
Nave Yoga remains open on all bank holidays and Sundays outside of the racing dates below excluding Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

Teacher Training:
Classes times may change on the dates of our teacher training to facilitate use of the studio for training.
You will be notified at least three days in advance of any changes to the schedule.
If the studio has to close due to government restrictions relating to Covid 19, your membership will be automatically paused.
Our Covid 19 Policy
As a member of Navé Yoga you agree to follow all public health advice and Nave Yoga guidelines in relation to Covid 19 as outlined below and as updated by Navé Yoga regularly and communicated on our private group Facebook page.
