Yang sun salutations warm up, energise and mobilise the body. In this workshop we will open with Yin salutations, which will take a slightly different approach, holding each pose for longer to allow us to go deeper into the body, exploring yang postures through a yin energy.

Kids Yoga Term 2 begins Monday 23rd March 2020

Monday is Kid’s Yoga Day!
Our second term begins on Monday 23rd March 2020 and we are now taking names for this term.
Class is at 3:30pm for our 4-8 year olds and at 4:30pm for our 9-12 year olds. Class is 45 minutes long.
Kids Yoga improves flexibility and fine motor skills, boosts self- esteem and confidence, teaches children to cope with stress and worry from an early age, is completely non competitive and lots and lots of fun!!
The 10 week term begins on Monday 23rd March 2020 and the cost is €85 for the 10 weeks.
