
Why should I book a Free Member Check In?
1. To chat about your goals in your yoga practice and to see if you are on track to achieving them. A goal can be anything from I want to feel less stressed to I want to attend yoga three times a week consistently to I want to handstand.
2. If you have an injury and need guidance on how to manage this or how to modify.
3. If you wish to chat about booking private sessions to further your practice or to help manage an injury.
4. You love to chat and want to bring us a coffee, that’s a totally valid reason to book a Free member Check in!
How do I book my Free Member Check In?
When you open the Navé Yoga App, click Appointments on the top row and then scroll down to Member Check In, choose your time and book! You could also couple this with a 30 minute member private session (which you can also book on the app) and get a 50 minute private session in total to work on a chosen area, injuries or whatever you would like to work on, we can identify this in the check in! Your check in will be with Elaine or Adrian and you can choose this when booking.
Member Check Ins are only available to current members of Navé Yoga.
