Mom & Baby Yoga is suitable for babies aged 6 weeks up to crawling age.
Mom & Baby Postnatal Yoga is on Thursdays at 10:45am beginning 24th April.
Connect with your baby through yoga and breathwork. Build strength and tone back in your body after childbirth in a safe and effective way – find strength from the inside out. Strengthen your pelvic floor, abdomen, legs and back. Release tension in your neck, shoulders and arms.
Yoga for your baby is a sequence of movements that assist in your baby’s postural development from lying to walking. Baby yoga and massage can assist digestion and circulation, and can help with wind and colic. Baby yoga and massage can help to relax your baby and encourage better sleep. This class will allow you to connect with other mums in a supportive and nurturing environment. Each session is 60 minutes long.
Your investment is €115 for the six weeks (Some Health Insurers cover postnatal yoga classes, check with your provider).
